Joe O'Farrell
President and Founder
Joseph O’Farrell is the President and founder of O’Farrell Consulting, which provides tools, training, and support for non-profit organizations that wish to grow their income and impact through major and planned gifts. With over two decades of fundraising and non-profit management experience, Mr. O’Farrell has helped organizations raise over $400 million in major and planned gifts and commitments in support of their missions.
As President and CEO of O’Farrell Consulting, he is able to provide visionary organizations the opportunity to enhance their team, culture, and structures in a way that leads to sustainable fundraising success. Prior to launching O’Farrell Consulting, Mr. O’Farrell was Vice President for Mission Advancement of EWTN where he oversaw substantial growth in major and planned gift funding for the world's top Catholic news network. He has managed the fundraising growth for organizations, educational institutions, and social development programs and has also led numerous successful annual giving, capital, and political campaigns.
Joe received a bachelor’s degree in American History and American Literature at the Bradford College in Bradford, Massachusetts. He and his wife, Kersti, are the proud parents of five children in Alabama.
